Participation in StreamStakes contests is open only to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 where required by local law).
- Must reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming contests are not prohibited by law.
- Must not be located in or accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions (see Section 11: Prohibited Jurisdictions).

2. How to Enter
To participate:
- Create an account and log in through the StreamStakes mobile app.
- Choose your lineup of either 3 or 4 songs.
- Select your contest entry tier (options: Free, $5, $15, $25, or $50).
- Submit your lineup and pay the entry fee if applicable.
Participants are automatically placed into a contest of 25 participants who:
- Selected the same number of songs in their lineup.
- Entered at the same dollar value contest tier.
Multiple entries are allowed. Each entry is treated independently and may be placed into different contest groups based on lineup size and fee tier.
3. Prize Pool and Company Revenue
- Each contest entry contributes an equal amount to the prize pool.
- StreamStakes collects a 20% commission from the total prize pool to support platform operation and development.
- The remaining 80% of the prize pool is distributed equally among participants who correctly select all winning songs within their contest group.
The number of winners in each contest may vary depending on how many participants successfully predict the correct outcomes.
Detailed breakdowns are available on our Prize Distribution and Company Revenue page.
4. Player Protection Policy
We are committed to ensuring that no winning player loses money.
If the total entry fees from winning players exceed 80% of the prize pool, StreamStakes will refund excess fees so that no winning player receives less than their original entry fee.
Example scenarios are provided in our Player Protection Policy section.
5. Determination of Winners
- Winners are determined based on correct selections of the contest outcomes (e.g., correct picks of winning songs).
- If multiple participants correctly select all winning songs in the same contest, the prize pool will be split equally among those winners.
- All decisions regarding contest outcomes, eligibility, and prize distribution are final and at the sole discretion of StreamStakes.
6. Refund Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable except:
- When required by the Player Protection Policy (Section 4).
- In the event of contest cancellation by StreamStakes.
- Where required by applicable law.
Refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method used at entry.
7. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention
StreamStakes reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Uses multiple accounts.
- Attempts to circumvent location or identity verification.
- Engages in fraudulent behavior or manipulates contest outcomes.

- Proxy/VPN use to bypass geographic restrictions.

8. Contest Changes and Cancellations
StreamStakes may cancel, suspend, or modify any contest if:
- Technical issues prevent proper execution of the contest.
